Have you cracked the screen on your MacBook, or is the keyboard on your MacBook no longer working right? Do you have an iMac with a crashed hard drive, or are you running out hard drive space? Maybe thinking that it's time for memory upgrade for your Mac? Whatever the situation might be, we can help! Give us a call and schedule an appointment. Or if you would rather drop your Mac off by our office at a time that is convenient for you, we accept walk-in's as well.  

Our experienced Apple Certified Technicians will be happy to service and repair your portable or desktop Macintosh computer. Our technicians are privy to many of the same resources, which are readily available to the techs working Apple's Genius Bar. And what's more, is that 100% of our repairs are done "in house." When you bring your Mac to us, we will never box it up and ship it out of state for your repair.  

If your Mac is out of it's out of it's AppleCare warranty, or simply not covered by your warranty, give us a call. At the present time, we are the only Apple Certified technicians in the Kansas City, Northland area and we have over a decade of experience to back us. 

Residential And Commercial On-Site Visits

Some technical issues are of a nature that require our physical presence at your location. We've learned that there are some company's around town that either won't provide on-site services, or they charge drive time from their office. When you choose Lil' Johnny Appleseed for your on-site service, we don't believe it fair to charge you for drive time. Visits within the boundaries of what we have determined to be our "Local Service Area" are never charged drive time. For on-site visits that are outside of our local boundaries, we will charge mileage at a rate of .51 cents per mile, plus our hourly labor rates.

• the only time we bill for drive time is if we need to leave your location after initially arriving, to purchase and pick up parts or other equipment
